Yes, for zones served by our micro-hubs. Cutoff times vary by city (typically 11 AM for same-day delivery by 6 PM).

Driver leaves a digital tag with a QR code. Customer scans to reschedule for the next available window (no extra fee for first reattempt). Alternatively, they can redirect to a nearby locker or pickup point.

Absolutely. You embed our tracking widget or API into your order status page. The entire delivery experience – from SMS to POD – carries your logo and colors.

If the address doesn’t match geocoding or a customer calls with a correction, our dispatcher updates the route in real time. No need to return to depot.
