WAREHOUSE-TO-RETAIL SUPPLY FLOW OPTIMIZATION

Project Highlights

Our Sea Freight Network strengthen our ocean freight capabilities and bring faster, more reliable shipping solutions to importers and exporters across major global trade lanes and regional ports. By establishing new maritime logistics hubs, optimizing vessel routing and port call schedules, and integrating real-time vessel tracking and container management systems, we enhanced shipping reliability, cargo security, and customer satisfaction.

Project overview

This improves ocean freight efficiency, reduce port-to-port transit times, and enhance the overall shipping experience for our clients.

Challenges & solutions

Every major sea freight transformation comes with unique challenges, and our Sea Freight Network Expansion Project was no exception. From managing growing container volumes to overcoming port infrastructure and visibility limitations, we addressed each hurdle head-on.

Challenges

The Sea Freight Network Expansion Project faced multiple operational and technological hurdles, including:

Solutions

To overcome port delays, limited trade lane reach, and cost inefficiencies, we implemented a series of innovative solutions that transformed our ocean freight services:

Frequently asked questions

You'll typically need a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (original or telex release), certificate of origin, and export/import customs declaration. Hazardous goods require an additional dangerous goods declaration (DGD). We provide a full checklist per shipment.

Sea freight is more economical but slower. Standard transit times range from 2–6 weeks depending on origin and destination. For example: China to US West Coast ≈ 14–18 days; Europe to US East Coast ≈ 10–14 days. We can help you balance cost vs. speed.

FCL (Full Container Load): You book an entire container. Best for large shipments (over 15 CBM). Faster, lower risk of damage.
LCL (Less than Container Load): You share container space with other shippers. Best for smaller volumes (under 15 CBM). More economical but slightly longer transit.

We proactively reroute containers via alternate ports, adjust warehouse pickup schedules, and communicate real-time ETA updates so you can plan inventory accordingly.

You'll receive an instant alert via our customer portal. Our local port agents coordinate with customs authorities, submit additional documentation if required, and track the container until it's released for pickup or delivery.

Yes. We provide end-to-end ocean freight solutions: pickup from your supplier, export customs clearance, ocean carriage, import customs clearance, and final delivery to your warehouse or store. We also handle cargo insurance if needed.
